Josh Green

CHAIRMAN

VERI MEDTECH HOLDINGS

Entrepreneur. Investor. Capital Allocator.

ABOUT

Joshua Green is Chairman of Veri Medtech Holdings. An entrepreneur, operator, and capital allocator, he has helped build Veri Medtech Holdings into a platform company that has generated more than $100 million in lifetime revenue, completed multiple acquisitions, and expanded access to care for hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. He oversees capital allocation, corporate strategy, and M&A across the company’s operating subsidiaries and affiliated ventures, with a focus on long-term value creation and disciplined growth.

He began his career in foreign exchange at Western Union Business Solutions and World First, structuring hedging programs and derivative solutions for corporate treasuries. That foundation in capital markets and risk management has informed his work across healthcare, hospitality, real estate, technology, and private investments, including multifamily, commercial, and ground-up development projects.

Beyond business, Josh is active in philanthropy, education, and the arts. A lifelong alto saxophonist, he has performed on the Super Bowl stage and at Presidential Inaugurations, reflecting a commitment to discipline, creativity, and lifelong learning. He serves on the boards of an independent school and several faith-based organizations and supports a range of community and cultural initiatives.

His perspective is shaped by a global foundation, including a degree in International Agriculture and Business from Florida A&M University, USAID Farmer-to-Farmer research at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa, and international business studies at LaSalle Beauvais in France and BOKU in Austria. He is currently completing an Executive Master’s in Policy Leadership at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, further strengthening the policy, regulatory, and institutional capital-allocation perspective that informs governance, strategic decision-making, and leadership in complex and regulated markets.

Uninvited

HOW TO BUILD WHEN YOU'RE NOT GIVEN A SEAT

A love letter to the builders who started outside the room — without invitation, without permission, without inheritance. Drawing on a decade of building companies from zero, Uninvited is a meditation on the discipline, restraint, and conviction required to build at all when no one is handing you the resources to do so.
